STRESS  Identify the source(s) of your stress  Access social support  Learn and practice relaxation techniques  Be physically active  Get enough sleep  Balance your time

What do you notice about this office worker? What is stressing him out? Bonus: What are some ways he can deal with these stressors?

What are the differences between the office worker and this person? BONUS: What areas of her overall health are improving by being this relaxed?

Let’s brainstorm some relaxation techniques! With your partner, brainstorm relaxation techniques that a person can utilize when they are stressed out! BONUS: How will these relaxation techniques assist someone in improving their overall health? Why?

Don’t be rude… 9.Think before you speak! 10.Firm handshake 11. Don’t be nervous 12. Ask general questions, nothing personal!
