Promoters The company is a family knit private limited company having two directors on its board with wide experience in different fields. Our promoters include Mr. Surinder Kumar Paruthi, as C.M.D. He is a veteran having more than 35 years experience in the field of pressure vessels fabrication & erection. He is also having good experience in the field of automobiles. He is engaged in the administration of the manufacturing units, and related matters. Mr. Vineet Paruthi, is young and dynamic person having good business skills to run the business as a profitable venture. He has around 16 years experience in the field of Pressure vessels fabrication & erection. It was his vision that the company spread its wings in the Telecom, and structural steel manufacturing sector. He has competence in successful execution of Projects, spread across length and breadth of India. He looks after marketing, administration, and the Financial aspect of business.

Brief History We had started our transportation business in the year 1986 with transportation of Bulk LPG and have been serving the reputed refineries of the India successfully for the last Twenty years. We were operating a fleet of over Hundred Tankers for the transportation of liquefied gases in India and Nepal. We had started manufacturing of Mobile Truck Trailers in the year 1996 for the transportation of Bulk LPG / PROPANE /PROPYLENE / AMMONIA / NITROGEN to meet the demand of this core sector. In our past endeavour we had undertaken turnkey installation of AUTO LPG DISPENSING stations. To our credit are the Pilot projects of M/S Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. We have successfully completed Auto LPG Stations for IOCL,HPCL,IBP ltd. We have also worked under the banner of M/S Larsen and Toubro Ltd and also M/S EPIL.

Manufacturing Facility With total combined land area of unit I & II around 8 acres, we have over 2 lac sq.ft. of shed area. We have a processed, chained system where raw material once fed comes out as a finished product. Over 50 cranes are deployed ensuring smooth streamlined production.

CNC Cutting Machine PEPL has Messer (Germany) make CNC cutting machine with cutting width of 3350 mm (track width of 4100mm) and cutting length of 20000mm (track length 24000mm). The machine has 1 nos. Oxyfuel gas cutting torch and 1 nos. HPR 130 plasma cutting torch. The machine can be programmed with drawings and then automatically a cutting plan is generated giving utmost accuracy.

Bending Machine PEPL has state of the art In-house 900 Tons 12.6 Mtrs Long CNC Hydraulic Press Brake. The position of the press beam is continuously monitored by measuring system. Machine can be adapted to different type of tool design for Octagonal & Conical Poles. Machine offers press beam depth accuracy of ±0.01 mm with high repeatability.

CNC Welding Machine We have two nos. CNC Welding machines. The machines are programmable to automatically close the Pole gap with servo controlled hydraulic pressure. Welding process used is Submerged Arc Welding ( SAW ).

Straightening PRESS PEPL has 50 tons Hydraulic Straightening Press which has over head 4-pillar structure guided with horizontal & vertical roller which guides on bed frame & moves along  full length of pole. Hydraulic cylinder mounted on 4-pillar structure is operated by geared motor &  direction control valve & two pneumatic floating cylinder which  holds the taper Pole.

Highway Safety Division “Highway Safety Division” of PEPL is involved into manufacturing of Highway Guardrail. We have in-house facility for manufacturing of “W” beam like cutting, punching, roll forming, galvanizing, quality assurance testing with laboratory to meet stringent customer requirements. PEPL manufacture “W” beam highway guardrail according to AASHTO “M”-180 and “MORTH” specification.

Hardware Division “Hardware Division” of PEPL is producing high quality nuts and bolts for its customers in Telecommunications, Power Transmission and Road Safety sectors with single target of total TQM. PEPL has the most advanced high temperature hot dip galvanizing ceramic bath furnace for accurate and smooth coating.

Quality assurance PEPL has ultramodern lab for testing all incoming, outgoing & in process material. We have complete equipments to carry out Galvanizing tests, physical & chemical properties of steel, including UTM machine, rockwell hardness tester, micrometer, vernier caliper, carbon apparatus, hygrometer, alchometer as per all relevant IS and International codes.

Galvanizing Having 4 nos. of most Modern Galvanizing Plants, creating a Galvanizing capacity of 5000 tons of materials per month. We specialize in Galvanizing through a 7 tanks process. Material is galvanized as per IS 2629 and BS-729.
