“Better Employment Competencies through Individualized e-training” – JobAssist Project Ref. No: PL1-LEO Purposes of the QP: 1)To Ensure that work is completed with a minimum amount of errors the first time. 2)To identify any remaining errors as early as possible.

“Better Employment Competencies through Individualized e-training” – JobAssist Project Ref. No: PL1-LEO Monitoring and evaluation of the project progress. Procedures: duly provision of project staff timesheets to the coordinator signing of protocols from the official meetings; preparation of list with taken decisions during the projects meetings; time schedule for activities between meetings.. Criteria: number of worked days, taken decisions, resolved problems, deviation from the time schedule. Resources: availability of project staff; presence during meetings; knowledge and understanding of the problems; qualitative work and commitment of all partners.

No: PL1-LEO Internal evaluation of the quality of the final results Procedures: discussions during the oficial meetings; discussions during the workshops, presence of any delays in the time programme. Criteria: resolved problems and taken decissions; gathered comments and new ideas for amendments; delays and reasons.. Resources: presence during meetings; active participation of all partners in the discussions; availability of experts/staff to overcome the delay.

No: PL1-LEO External evaluation of the quality plan results Procedures: procedures for evaluation of the relevance of the final products to the needs of the target groups; gathering of feedback from the target groups; gathering of feedback from the participants involved in the workshops; discussions of strengths and weak sides of the training materials. Criteria: number of collected inquires by all participants in the courses; applicability of the comments of participants; written feedback from the conference participants; shared opinions and recommendations. Resources: availability of interested participants for the courses and conference, f promotional materials on time; of the final products..

No: PL1-LEO External evaluation of the final results by external organisation A subcontractor would be selected in the beginning to monitor the progress and the quality of the consortium. It will evaluate the final products.

No: PL1-LEO FOLLOW UP AND EVALUATION MATRIX - STRUCTURE A follow – up & evaluation matrix has been designed in order to: Assess the progress of indicators for each expected result, according to their sources of verification Assess the progress of results achievement for each work package Propose corrective measures when necessary At the end of the project, provide information for the evaluation report

No: PL1-LEO FOLLOW UP AND EVALUATION MATRIX - STRUCTURE One matrix for each Work – Package: Left part of the matrix: to be filled by Maria - FADE which will ask for the necessary information to the rest of the members: indicators performance, date of achievement. Right part of the matrix: to be filled by each member of the consortium and then to be consolidated by Maria – FADE: internal qualitative assessment on the progress of each result + open comments + proposed corrective measures SEE HARDCOPIES
