Founded in 2011 by current CEO, Nathan Washington, Benefit Professor has seen its share of successes and growth due to research, listening to potential and current clients along with market trends. Since 2011, the idea of developing 401k software has sparked the development of benefits videos, enrollment platforms and most recently the development of web portals to deliver content and video, along with the launch of “ BP HRLINK ” (launches mid-March, 2013). With the launch of several products and services since 2011, Benefit Professor has reinvented itself several times over. With the ability to boast of clients: Bloomberg, 800-Contacts, RMI, Mass Mutual, IHC and Life Point along with regional clients, Benefit Professor has taken on several customized roles to assist in closing each client. Benefit Professor Leadership Team Nathan Washington, CEO Nathan brings over 10 years of Fortune 500 experience in two industry giants, Enterprise Rent A Car and Stryker Corporation with positions in sales, finance, management, account development and special projects. Nathan has founded and sold two successful start ups prior to Benefit Professor. Nathan received a BIS – English Literature/Spanish at Missouri Western State, MBA – Financial Analysis and Masters in Human Resource Management, both from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Mandy Aguirre, Vice President of Recruiting & Training Mandy brings over 17 years of financial services experience and another three in most recent position at Mass Mutual as Director of Recruiting.

Michael Luna, Vice President of New Business Development & Technology Michael has over five years experience at Fortune 500 Enterprise Rent A Car in sales, account development and marketing, along with over 10 years in sales and marketing in the automotive industry at California’s second largest auto dealer. Michael received a BS in Business at the University of Utah.
