Our International Graduate Program offers a complete accelerated development opportunity designed to launch your international career. 2 years, 2 different assignments, 2 different countries, developing the competences you need to get you off to a fast start and rise to early leadership positions in UniCredit.

3 1ST YEAR 2ND YEAR INDUCTIONPLACEMENT PROJECT CHALLENGE Ready for the opportunity to present your own project to Top Management? Use 24 months of experience and insight to formulate a proposal for innovation or improvement. Convince senior management and at the end of the program you might be given the responsibility of implementing your own innovation! DEDICATED TRAINING Personalised modules provide you with training and networking opportunities to develop your strategic mindset and leadership skills. You may also receive specific skills training in your chosen area to provide a solid foundation for required competences. Evaluation of performance and development objectives targets your advancement and supports the career focus of your final placement STRETCHING YOUR SKILLS After 12 months you will be offered a new position, building on your first experience with a focus on developing your leadership skills. INTERNATIONAL FOCUS Start with a position outside your home country, with instant exposure to challenging responsibilities and impact on delivering results Kick off with an induction event in our state-of-the- art Learning Centre in Turin. Meet other participants, network with Top Management, and receive fundamental training to hit the ground running. A special focus on Project Management will prepare you for the challenges ahead. With Fast Start, you will enter high profile positions from Day One, working on top- visibility strategic projects in any of our businesses across Europe. When you finish the program, you should be ready to take on project or people responsibilities in UniCredit.
