Gym The lesson of physical education take place in a large gym. We play team games and do gymnastics. We often play football, handball and volleyball. PE is the most favorite subject of all the students. And the grades are also the best!
The Common room Before or after the lessons we can spend time in the common room. We can do different things there. We play the guitars or computer games, do homeworks, prepare decorations. It is also a good occasion to chat and gossip a little…
The Library In a school library there are many books. Students often help there. They arrange books and encourage the others to read. Unfortunately reading books is not very popular, students prefer playing computer games…
School canteen This is the place where we eat lunch. The meals are usually good and it is rather traditional Polish food.
Break During the breaks between lessons students rest, talk with friends, eat and sometimes learn for the next lessons. At our school the breaks are very, very loud and there is lot of fun.
School shop In our school there is a small shop. We can buy there a lot of food products. Sometimes the queue is very long and the breaks too short….
School trips Every year there are many school trips organized by our teachers. These are photos of the trip we liked very much. It was on the farm. We could breath the fresh air and do different activities like horse riding, volleyball playing, sailing on the boats!
Every day we come to school quite early. Most people go by bus and some students ride bicycles, motorbikes or walk on foot. When we get to school we go to the cloakroom to change the shoes for trainers. It is obligatory. We start lessons at 8:15 and they last 45 minutes each. The breaks are different, sometimes 5, 10 or 20 minutes long. We have usually 6 or 7 lessons so we finish school at 13:40 or 14:30. Some lessons are boring and some are interesting. The most popular is Polish, English and PE! Sometimes we don’t have lessons because we go to the cinema, swimming pool or we have a festival. There are always interesting performances! After the lessons we can go to the common room or we go home. A Day in Our School
