Fire and Life Safety Educator Online Requalification Process  FLSE Instructors must complete the online requalification on or prior to July 6, 2011  Once the PowerPoint and NFPA 1035 Matrices have been thoroughly reviewed, the instructor will fill out the completion form located at: (insert link to form here) and mail it to the provided address  Forms must be postmarked no later than July 6, 2011

Fire and Life Safety Educator Online Requalification Process n Why did Public Fire and Life Safety Educator change to simply Fire and Life Safety Educator n In 2010 the NFPA 1035 Committee recommended removing the outdated word “Public” from the Fire and Life Safety Educator title since most organizations use “Fire and Life Safety Educator.”
