SLERS: Tower crew to replace "route diversity" antenna. 7 communications sites on generator power.

ESF 4&9 – Fire Fighting & Search & Rescue Up Next – ESF 6 Current Issues Continue to provide support for Division of Forestry incident management teams deployed Palm Beach County and Live Oak. DOF has assembled a Type III IMT at the North Florida Fair Grounds. Forward Search units from USAR Task Forces 3, 4 and 5 to Tallahassee tomorrow noon (each 12 person teams) with: TF 4 bringing MARC unit (from Seminole) TF 5 bringing two ALS transports (from Jacksonville) Water Rescue Team from FL TF 9 (Volusia) and Bradenton. USAR Command Team deployed at SEOC. FWC providing L.E. and watercraft, 4X4 FL TF-1 and 2 under Federal control. Both on stand-by, TF-2 as Type I, TF-1 and Type III Unmet Needs Need housing for unit moving to Tallahassee. Hoping for Quincy Armory through Fl. ARNG. Future Operations Respond to any new requests or mission tasking Continue to monitor and identify resources in preparation of possible Katrina landfall in panhandle region. ESF 6 Mass Care Up Next – ESF 8

ESF 6 – Mass Care Current Issues TSA and ARC report response activities in Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe counties are continuing at about the same levels as previously reported. Sheltering - Miami - Dade has 2 shelters with 90 shelterees. In the Panhandle there are currently 5 counties with 13 shelters ready to accept shelterees. Plans are in place to open more shelters along the I -10 corridor as needed to facilitate sheltering of out of state evacuees Unmet Needs None at this time Unmet Needs continue relief operations in South Florida and sheltering the Panhandle. Monitor Katrina landfall 2 to be in position to offer aid and assistance where ever needed. Up Next – ESF 8

Planning to be support State Host for SpNS Health Care Facility Updates (AHCA) Hospitals All power restored in Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe. Skilled Nursing Facilities As of 1:30pm: Miami-Dade; 2-full generator power (HVAC) Broward; 1-full generator power (HVAC) Census of these facilities: 410 patients Panhandle 1 ALF-partially evacuated (34 patients)

ESF 8 – Health & Medical Current Issues (Continued) Environmental Health EH is following up on southern Katrina issues, preplanning for panhandle-related issues Bureau of Radiation Control in impacted counties, radioactive sources are secured and they have no facility damage. Onsite Sewage and Portalets: No unmet needs Water Programs: two water systems on boil water notices known in Dade PSAs on food hygiene and food and waterborne illness prevention distributed

ESF 12 Energy Up Next – ESF 13

ESF 12 – Energy Current Issues FUEL Total of million gallons of fuel now available in the state. Additional million gallons on 32 ships will arrive within 3 days. Additional million gallons on 39 ships will arrive within 9 days. 7 out of 8 petroleum companies reporting. AAA reports- Miami-Dade and Broward county – Large number of stations closed. Long lines. Palm Beach county – Most stations open and have fuel. Escambia county and Pensacola – 50% normal, 40% report some shortage, 10% out of fuel. Port Status – for fuel delivery Port of Tampa and Port Everglades – Normal operations. Panhandle ports ( Freeport, Niceville, Panama City, and Pensacola) - Closed.

FPL has a workforce of 11,700 people (7,600 field and support workers and 4,100 out of state line and tree trimming personnel). ETRs (Estimated Times of Restoration) FPL estimates 90% restored midnight Tuesday. The last 10% by midnight next Friday. Palm Beach county is back in power. All hospitals have electric power, 4 nursing homes are still without power
