Time line to execute project 2 months for land documents to complete 6 months for security, caravan accommodation, resrurant, etc Within 8-12 month will execute
Income source Current hotel market price is around /night (Taj Gir & Mahindra Gir& tent Gir) Season period is around 4 month in a year We expecting atleast 1000/per head x 200 (minimum accomodation) /per night for 4 month = 250 Lakhs (Net profit) Rest of 8 month’s income, restaurant’s income, amusement parks income = 150 Lakhs (expected) will use for marketing, maintenance and staff costing

Management Strategy 80% system will be online Detail report of income and expenses will be available in our online portal to access for all share holder (quarterly) We will hire management team, who will operate and run our project (basis on 5-10% net profit sharing)
