In Spain, the most affected in terms of unemployment, the youth, women and elderly so that the initiative is set to the group and diagnosis of the problem of unemployment. This favors the creation of stable compared to the high rate of temporary employment that exists in Spain. The chosen field guarantees the absence of economic stagnation in other low-productivity. The creation of the "Fund for the new job" is a measure that opens the door to new forms of social assistance to employment. The part-time work is a way to increase youth employment in Spain is not very developed.

Do you think that it is useful to improve the quality of youth employment? enough The first proposal will improve the quality of youth employment and to contribute to this temporary decrease of the Spanish labor market The second proposal concerns the quality of youth work : Positive aspects: Reconciling work and family life, allows multiple jobs, improves living conditions. (Possibility of career development, health and safety, flexibility and stability) Negative aspects: Consequent reduction of wages Do you think this initiative is useful for increasing the use of more than 55 years? something  The first initiative will help, but is also aware of other groups.  The second proposal will not increase the use of more than 55 years because it focuses on the creation of part-time youth employment.

Do you think that it is useful to improve the quality of work "over 55"? something The first measure will improve the quality of work, because it offers the opportunity for people who have difficulty finding a job with the possibility of access to stable employment. The second step improves the quality in terms of flexibility. However, depending on the preference of older workers approaching retirement What other initiatives / suggestions that you can promote solidarity between the generations? -Develop micro-enterprise for over 55 years as a mechanism for professional output. -Decrease the percentage to be paid in social security contributions for hiring a young, more than 55 years at a time, for both relay type of contract or directly.

Spain, the recent Royal Decree 3/2012 has introduced a new type of permanent contract of employment to support entrepreneurs (as specified in Article 4 of Decree-Law) Requirements of business Have fewer than 50 employees. -No contracts have become extinct in the 6 months preceding the celebration of this new mode, for objective reasons declared inadmissible by a court of law or collective redundancies. (It affects extinctions and layoffs after the February 12, 2012, and made to cover the same professional group for people affected by the termination or dismissal, and for the same school or workplace) -For tax incentives to maintain the employment contract of employment for at least 3 years from the date of commencement of employment. - Duration, hours and formalization: For full time and permanent, in writing. -Trial period: 1 year

tax incentives : When the first contract with a person is under 30 years: € 3,000 tax deduction Moreover, for the recruitment of unemployed recipients of unemployment benefits tax: tax deduction for an amount equal to 50% of unemployment benefits that workers were due to receive, at the time of contracting with a limit of 12 months and according to the following rules: 1.ª The hired worker must have received the benefit for at least 3 months at recruitment. 2.ª The amount of the tax deduction is fixed at the date of commencement of employment and can not be modified by circumstances arising thereafter. 3.ª The company requires the worker a certificate of performance SPEE amount still outstanding on the date of commencement of employment. The employee voluntarily assumed can reconcile each month, along with salary, 25% of the amount of benefit that have recognized and still outstanding at the time of rental. If you choose not to proceed in this direction, maintain the right to reopen the collection of unemployment benefits pending (Articles 212 and 213 LGSS)

Many lawyers are determined to be unconstitutional (Case 22/81 "can not be fired without just cause" and contrary to Article 35 EC) provides that a trial period of 1 year within which the employee can be fired at will the employer. This is a contract similar to one created in France in 2005 called "embauches nouvelles" (new jobs) Bonus Social Security Regard to contracts of the following groups: 1) Young people between 16 and 30, including: euros per month (1000 euros / year) in the first year euros per month (1,100 euros / year) in the second year. 100 euros per month (1,200 euros / year) in the third year. For women in areas that are under-represented: + $ 8.33 / month (100euros/anno) 2) More than 45 years, registered at the Employment Office at least 12 months in the 18 months prior to recruitment: euros per month (1,300 euros / year) for three years When in concert with women in areas where they are underrepresented: +125 euros per month (1,500 euros / year)
