II.SOLICITATION OVERVIEW SOLICITATION PURPOSE: HAS is seeking Best Value Bid (BVB) for Conveyance Systems Operations and Maintenance Services to provide labor, management, supervision, parts, equipment, materials, tools, instruments, supplies, expendable items, incidentals, transportation and training at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and William P. Hobby Airport (HOU)..

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO RESPONDENTS : Submittal Procedures – Sealed bids, seven (7) copies, one (1) signed in BLUE ink as well as one (1) complete copy on flash drive, with the appropriate BVB name and number. BEST VALUE BID FORMAT: The Bid must be signed by an individual(s) legally authorized to bind the Offeror(s), and the City may accept this bid offer by issuance of a Contract to the said Offeror(s) at any time on or before the 180 th day following the day this Official Bid Form is opened by the City. This offer shall be irrevocable for 180 days, but shall expire on the 181 st day unless the parties mutually agree to an extension of time in writing.
