About the Job A Lawyer is a person who practices or studies law; an attorney or a counselor. The pay is pretty good at $63,000 a month. It doesn’t include health insurance unless you can get with a firm and they provide it.

Where I live I live in a one bedroom apartment near the Plaza in Kansas City. It costs $650 a month. Renters insurance costs me $20 a month. The final cost for my apartment is $670 a month.

My Car I am leasing a Jetta GLI 2013 for 3 years. It costs me $290 a month for 36 months. The total cost for all 3 years is $10,440. I will pay $80 a month car insurance. On average I will spend $305 a month on gas. The final monthly cost for owning this car is $675. The annual cost is $8,100.

Bills For basic utilities I pay $150 monthly. For my cell phone I pay $150. Internet will be costing my $150.

Practical Bills $200 a month for college debt. $200 a month for food. $367 monthly on life insurance. $15,700 annually and $1,308 monthly on taxes.

Emergencies, Savings, Fun Money $500 a month for emergencies. I’ll save $300 a month for fun. (for movies and other recreational activities.)
