What does the judicial branch do? The federal courts deal with problems among the states. 1 2 There role is to interpret what the states say.

How are federal judges selected ? They are appointed by the president. 1 2 They are approved by the senate.

What is the power of Judicial Review ? Declare that a law made by Congress is not constitutional. Declare that an action taken by the president is unconstitutional. Declare a state law unconstitutional, if it conflicts with the Constitution.

Congress has the power to impeach, try, and remove judges from office. The President is responsible for enforcing the decisions of the courts. What are the limits of the power of the federal courts ?
