PROJECT NAME: SOUK24 PREPARING: MOHAMMED BASEM AL-BIZREH TUTOR: DR. MOHAMMED ANTOUR E-Commerce Project

Description The idea of the project is based on establishing a virtual market depending on a Web application, that an employer is allowed to create his own account on the site and the announcement of the goods and services he provides. The site allows consumers to browse within the market and review the prices of goods and prices as a consumer can do a fully procurement process if the seller allows it.

Objectives Short term objectives:  Covering all of the foundation costs during the first year.  Publicity of the site and its services during the first six months. Long term objectives (Within the 2 nd and 3 rd years):  Development of the website and release the “SOUK24” mobile application at the beginning of the next year.  Preserve advanced ranks in the field of marketing and e- shopping over the next three years.  Building huge database contains information about the common products in Syria and their prices.

Situation Analysis Product prices in Syria are changing rapidly and continuously due to the deteriorating economic situation. Large spread in the use of the Internet and smart phones in recent years. Lack of a culture of online shopping in both institutions and consumers alike.

Current Situation (Strengths)  The company has expertise in software development and website support techniques, and makes it attractively available consumers.  The website has a registration feature by companies and their departments to put their products while allowing the option to buy electronically.  The existence of a marketing expert staff to promote the idea and get successful negotiations.  Low cost of the project and own the money that covers the fixed and variable costs.

Current Situation (Weaknesses) The company does not have the ability to produce their own products. The site has one language. Consumer cannot contact with the company directly from the site, but through an .

Stratigies Segmentation: we'll divide the market into two sectors: the first sector of large and medium-sized companies, who have big promotional campaigns for their products and services and thus need to display a greater number of pages, and for long periods of time. The second sector is the small businesses and shop owners who produce their products on a small scale and wish to expand their business and increase the level of their sales using the mass e-marketing, and they do not need multiple pages and do not care much for long period of time. But for the display at the same times certain occasions.

Startiegies Targeting: through our work we are targeting the owners of large and medium-sized companies, as well as owners of small businesses and shops, working in the field of production resources grocery stores. For example foodstuffs, chemical and other... etc. They are found mostly in industrial zones and commercial markets

Strategies Positioning: our project is new that does not have a trademark precedent, so we will have to make a brand refers to our electronic product promotion and marketing through modern electronic means, where our prices are acceptable and low compared to conventional means which are used by the target groups, and advertising and promotion of a high level of activity and effectiveness of service.

And that is the adoption of the slogan expresses the company and its services site.

Tactical details according to 7Ps 6- Process: we will be relying on the website which supply services to companies that can booking one of the services offered by the company registration to be processed their applications by the department concerned, and then it is the examination of applications and communicate with the companies to confirm their application and adoption, that the payment is made through the commercial bank or through bank transfers companies. Thus, companies can start delivering their products through constant communication with the substantive and technical support. For visitors to the site when they want to buy the full responsibility is to participate in the provision of products to their customers and achieve companies.
