Is a program designed to bring vehicle registration violators, who live in El Paso County and have vehicles with license plates from out of state or out of the country, to register their vehicles in Texas, either voluntarily or through enforcement action. Vehicle Registration Abuse Program

CONCEPT To reduce public frustration. To recover legitimate county and state revenue. To educate the public and warn potential violators To bring vehicle registration violators into compliance with Texas law. To recover stolen vehicles.

REPORT REQUIRED INFORMATION License plate number State or Country license plate is from Vehicle Description Make Model Year Address where the vehicle is located (If it’s an apartment please make sure you include the apt #)

EXEMPTIONS  Diplomatic personnel assigned to the consulate Suspected violator is exempt if the following applies:  Full time/part time student at any Texas university or college  Military personnel
