Texas Education Agency Michael & Susan Dell Foundation Double Line Partners TEA is overseeing the TSDS solution with support from the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation and Double Line Partners The Texas Education Agency ( is the state agency that oversees prekindergarten through high school education in Texas, which educates 4.7 million students in its more than 1,200 school districts and charter schools.
