Beer Facts Beer is the second most sold beverage in the world, after tea. Ironically beer is more popular in the UK than tea. The “Six Pack” was invented in the 1940’s when experts decided that is the optimal weight that a wife carry beer for her husband. Beer is ancient, dated far before 3000 B.C. Hammurabi law says that deluding water in beer is punishable by death. The “Kwispelbier” is beer for “Man’s best friend”, meaning beer for dogs with meat in it. Beer and Health The most important thing that relates beer and health is that you most drink in moderation to benefit from it. Beer is healthy due to 2 main elements: 1. Alcohol and the components that it it’s made of. Beer is fat free and cholesterol free. Decreases the chances of strokes, heart and vascular disease and cognitive decline. Decreases coronary heart disease. “Boosts” the brain. Low alcoholic have anti-cancer properties. Contains nutrients, including magnesium, selenium, potassium, phosphorus, biotin, and B vitamins. Beer has a relaxing effect on the body thereby reducing stress. Improves blood circulation.

Conclusion Beer is one of the world’s first alcoholic drinks, Beer is healthy but you should drink wisely  Otherwise…
