OCAS and applying ONLINE The Ontario College Application Service processes all Ontario College applications. Applications are completed on-line for a fee of $95 (non-refundable fee) Pay online by credit card, over the phone, or through the mail.

All program choices must start within the same academic year (August-July). There may be additional fees to request transcripts. Your username is permanent.
