Mountain Connect 2014  Cellular hub site fully operational.  7 Nodes installed and tested over ski season.  Final phase of design and construction underway.  IT Organizing Committee formed by Vail Valley Foundation and Vail Resorts meet monthly.

The Big Build  Extreme fast tracked project with concurrent permitting / construction.  Multiple crews: Bore – Dig Tower Fiber Hub Site Wi-Fi Cameras IT Sweep

The Issues  Moving too fast for utility companies. Not enough coordination.  Constant change of node placement.  Fiber path re-designs.  The occasional “incidents”.
