Adjectives Lesson 1 Describes or modifies a noun or pronoun. Tells what kind, which one, or how many Can come before or after the noun. What is being modified and how? We take trips. We take exciting trips. That family took five, boring trips.

Adjectives Lesson 1 Underline the adjective and circle the word it modifies. Two salespeople showed us this green bike. Gene builds tiny, old-fashioned houses for dolls. Prices are high at all stores. I am happy with this new model.

More and Most Comparision Lesson 4 Instead of –er and –est, you can use more and most for most two or more syllable adjectives. Do not use –er and more. Do not use –est and most. Follow same rules for less and least. Examples: –I am more educated than my son. –My daughter is the least educated member of our family.
