Avoid putting babies to bed with bottles and co-sleeping while breast feeding Avoid grazing throughout the day – stick to structured meal and snack times Twice daily tooth brushing with age-appropriate fluoride toothpaste.

Most commonly associated with reflux in children Often asymptomatic Clinically, teeth are worn with “cupping” Requires further investigation by GP or paediatrician

Teeth may be concussed, fractured, luxated (moved from normal position) or avulsed. Most injuries require dental review. Avulsed permanent teeth should be replanted ASAP or placed in milk. Never replant primary teeth
