Applicant is automatically given a Program Enrollment Record (automatically a student) Staff sends weekly acceptance and “need” letters Students may not receive a letter for weeks Students submit documents at will Staff must constantly review for missing documents Student must contact staff to determine their “needs” The Old Process

Students receive letter inviting them to an assigned on-campus Orientation.
