Art Life without Art Is like a guitar with no strings

The Study of Art helps promote healthy brain activity. Art helps children understand other subjects much more clearly—from math and science, to language arts and geography. Colored by Qorbyn, 5 years old

The reason that art is so important is because it allows us to use our whole brain. when we begin to engage both halves of our brain, great things happen. Taken by Qorbyn, 5years old

Many of our most valuable skills - including creative ability, aesthetic judgment, problem posing and solving, critical thinking, and visualization- are uniquely fostered only by proper art education Research shows high risk students are more likely to stay in school because art education provides an alternative to delinquent behavior resulting in an improved attitude towards school.

Participating in art activities helps children to gain the tools necessary for understanding human experience Qorbyn 3 years old, taking pictures

Art refines the feelings and emotions Art fosters an appreciation of the world around us
