Professional crisis management and emergency response guidance (working with all authorities involved). Comprehensive investigation and professional evaluation Working closely with our client and the insurance carrier to ensure quality of services and timeliness of resolution Detailed management of the claims Effectively exercise our clients' right to recover damages Our success is based on timely and effective management of claims in a professional manner resulting in an indemnification of the loss and the prevention of future losses. P.O. Box 6874 Miramar Beach, FL Mike Abt

TURNKEY SOLUTIONS We can manage property loss from start to finish. Make contact with insured and on-site property management Respond to loss site Immediately make contact with all parties/authorities involved (including Fire Department, Police/Law Enforcement, Fire Investigators, etc.) Work to finalize securing of site/ loss (if not already completed before arriving) Make contact with insurance carriers and adjusters- as insured’s on site Risk Manager Follow up with appropriate lenders if needed Work with authorities and carriers to help determine and finalize cause and origin of loss Follow up with adjusters and agree upon an initial loss amount to cover cost incurred thus far and commencement of clean up /demolition Upon approval, commence clean up/demolition: We manage the engineering, architecture and permitting process during the clean up/demolition process to maximize time efficiency Rebuilding Process: We can work solely to manage the construction process or work with insured’s construction team (either option is choice of insured) The project will be managed as an insured loss project instead of a new construction project (care must be used in a loss rebuild due to policy wording/clauses and time elements that deal with Business Interruption) A periodic project update with photos is sent to all involved FEE BASIS We can assist on a fee (as needed basis) throughout a claim. When working on a fee/as needed basis we find that our results are not as positive because it becomes very difficult to “reverse” actions that may have already been done by another party during the claims process
