ETNAR Project objectives 1.To increase capacity of NGOs in the Western Balkans and Turkey to influence EU environmental approximation process through public advocacy supported by citizens. 2.To increase capacities of NGOs in the Western Balkans and Turkey to influence policies related to energy, transport and natural resources through skills' training and regional networking in policy analysis and advocacy in cooperation with EU- wide networks and NGOs (FoE and HBS)

Expected results 1.Strengthened regional policy networking of NGOs on energy, transport and natural resources; 2.Improved capacity of environmental NGOs in policy analysis, policy monitoring and public advocacy; 3.Increased legitimacy of NGOs on energy, transport and natural resources' policy and enhanced dialogue with national stakeholders (national governments, experts, business and media); 4.Improved networking among environmental NGOs from the WB and Turkey with EU-wide environmental networks and NGOs

URGENT NEED 3 Building partnerships with NGOs (6) Financial resources and funding, including: Establishment of a fund or foundation that would assist the NGOs with loans on the basis of quality of proposed and already approved programs or projects that needs to be pre-financed.
