IN THE CONTEXT PAUL WAS SPEAKING OF SEXUAL IMMORALITY AND THE ABSURDITY AND INCONGRUITY OF JOINING THAT WHICH BELONGS TO GOD TO A HARLOT I SUBMIT TO YOU THAT IN EVERYTHING THAT GOD GIVES US INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO ACT THAT IT IS TO BE DONE IN SUCH A WAY AS TO GLORIFY GOD AND INCLUDES OUR ATTITUDE ABOUT IT THAT IS DOING THE RIGHT THINGS FOR THE RIGHT REASONS FOR THE GLORY OF GOD

NKJV 1 Remind them to be subject to rulers and authorities, to obey, to be ready for every good work, 2 to speak evil of no one, to be peaceable, gentle, showing all humility to all men NKJV
