Informational Technology (IT) Refers to anything related to computing technology, such as networking, hardware, software, the Internet, or the people that work with these technologies. Many schools now have IT departments for managing the computers, networks, and other technical areas of their districts. IT

Educational Technology Refers to teacher and student use of technology to promote learning and infuse 21 st Century Skills into the Tolland Public Schools’ instructional program. We prepare future citizens for life in a different world. ET

Required: 21 st Century Skills The 21st century skills are a set of abilities that students need to develop in order to succeed in the information age. The Partnership for 21st Century Skills lists three types of skills. ET
