Encourages best practice in the construction industry and also networking so as to promote the development of the construction industry A pan industry body for all those involved in construction from clients, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers to consultants HAWCE is supported by WMCCE who offer, amongst other things, advice and business improvement training and have helped hundreds of businesses across the Midlands
