Triangles are…… Triangles are 3 sided shapes, triangles can have many angles. There are 6 types of triangles, obtuse, acute, right, scalene, isosceles, and equilateral.

A cone has 1 vertices and has a circle on the bottom of it and has no sides.

Rectangle A rectangle is a 4 sided shape with only 2paralell lines.

Sphere A sphere is a 3 dimensional shape. With no sides, edges, and vertices.

Cylinder A cylinder has 2 circles at the ends, and is made up of circles. It 3 sides and no vertices.

Ray A ray is related to a line. It has a arrow and 2 points at the beginning and the end

Right angle A right angle is 90 degrees. You can make a perfect square or box out of a right angle.

Perpendicular lines Perpendicular lines are lines that can make a box.

Intersecting lines Intersecting lines are lines that cross each other and do not make a box.

Cube A cube is a 3 dimensional shape with squares on each side. It is a quadrilateral.

A circle is a 2 dimensional shape that has no sides, edges, and vertices.

Line Segment A line segment is a line that has 2 points and does not go on forever.

Rhombus A Rhombus only has 1 set of parallel lines, and it has 4 sides and is also known as a quadrilateral.

Acute Picture Description A acute angle is the littlest angle of the group and can be found on a obtuse angle.

Parallelogram

Obtuse angle- A angle that is bigger than the right angle.

Triangular pyramid A triangular pyramid is a pyramid made up of triangles. It has 6 edges, 4 faces, and 4 vertices

Square pyramid A square pyramid is a pyramid with a square at the bottom of it.

Trapezoid A trapezoid is a shape with only one pair of parallel lines

Rectangular prism A rectangular prism is a 3 dimensional shape with 12 edges, 6 faces, and 8 vertices.

Pentagon-A pentagon is a 5 sided shape and is a polygon.

Parallel lines Parallel lines that will never cross, and can be found in shapes all around us.

Point- A point is a place that marks a spot in a line.

Hexagon A hexagon is a 6 sided shape and is a polygon.

Octagon A octagon is a 8 sided shape and is a polygon.

A line goes on forever and ever

The end We hope you enjoyed our presentation! P.S Mrs. Swigert we put are time into this so you better give us A+’s. P.S.S And we love you! P.S.S.S We will see you in court.
