Add Printer in GIME Building

1.Click “Start” 2.Input URL address of print server \\ Enter

4.Double-Click three printers

5.Click “Devices and Printers” for check them.

6.Choose near user's office from the printer. 7.Right click the printer and choose “set as default printer”

7.“ On ” in Library, It can be used print to color print 8.Right click it, choose “Printer properties”

9.Choose “Configuration” ----”Installable Options”----Customize User Prompts- ---”Display User ID Prompts Only”

10.Choose “Configuration” and “Accounting” 11.Choose “Billing ID Only” in “User Prompt”; Choose “Prompt user for enter when Submitting Job” and cancel “Make Account ID” operation 12.Click “OK” 13.It will be prompted to enter user Id and password when we use it to print color document
