SmartHealth Activities There are Activities available for members on the Home Page and in the Topics section – However not all Activities are accessible to everyone and not everyone will have the same Activities displayed on their Home Page The same “Base Activities,” for which new content is added every month, will be visible on the Home Page for all members – Calendar of Activities in the Appendix 9

Activity Request Process & Timeline 23 Idea Bank Activities require 60 days notice; Customized Activities require 90 days notice Limeade will always acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and accept requests for consideration the 1 st business day of each month Limeade responds within 7-10 business days (Idea Bank) or business days (Customized) and will work with you to ensure your request meets all criteria if necessary

Activity Request Process & Timeline 24 WA Wellness will receive the recommended Activities for approval the 3 rd full week of each month WA Wellness will provide approval or rejection within 5 business days (Idea Bank) or 5-10 business days (Customized) Agency/Institution will receive WA Wellness decision no later than 30 days before Launch date in order to begin promotion for the Activity Once approved, Limeade will build Activity into the platform 30 days before Launch Date in SmartHealth
