Amendment to the Bylaws Election of Officers and appointment of the Board Paraphrased Version 3 Officers and 6-9 Board Members Officers are elected at the fall meeting for 2 years Officers then appoint board members Chairman is elected in even numbered years Vice-Chairman and Secretary in odd years Past Chairman is automatically on board Officers must ensure at least 6 other board members
