All rights reserved.Cisco Confidential Commerce Workspace Q2’10 Awareness Package  Cisco Commerce Workspace (formerly PDR) provides a common, collaborative workspace for Cisco and our partners to manage opportunities. By consolidating processes and tools, Commerce Workspace allows partners to register deals, to create quotes, to collaborate with Cisco and to access promotional and special pricing all from one place.  Today, more than 26,000 worldwide Partner users are using Cisco Commerce Workspace to access and manage Cisco opportunities. The platform is localized into 16 different languages. Commerce Workspace also allows partners to work collaboratively on opportunities with the Cisco field sales teams  Cisco Commerce Workspace will provide one integrated, streamlined, and simplified commerce experience that allows Partners to quote, configure and price products, software and related service, and submit orders from one platform  Cisco seeks to continually add functionality, programs, promotions and capabilities to Cisco Commerce Workspace in order to align with our Partners’ business needs Where We’ve Been… Where We’re Going…

All rights reserved.Cisco Confidential Commerce Workspace Q2’10 Awareness Package  Cisco Quoting Capability: Cisco Account Managers will have the ability to create quotes within their own workspace. These quotes can be shared collaboratively with the partner, eliminating the need to back and forth  Bi-directional Quote Collaboration: Cisco sales and engineering teams can collaborate with you on all quotes and opportunities  Service Attach: An additional option for you to attach services to products at the line level will be available during quote creation.  Configuration and Order: The combination of deal registration, configuration, quote and order in one common workplace will allow US/Canada 1-tier partners to use the end-to-end functionality of Cisco Commerce Workspace. (Phased deployment over 3 quarters. Deployment in all other theaters to follow.) Updates Coming November 8 th, 2009!

Partners  Enhanced partner user experience means less time spent in training on how to use the workspace and more time doing value-added work  Increased collaboration means partners and Cisco teams leads to greater quote visibility, reduced data entry and greater productivity  Additional program updates and pricing concessions mean Cisco is working to meet your complex business needs  A holistic quote to order partner platform means higher productivity for Partners. The workspace becomes the single login and global platform for all partner commerce needs (US/C 1-tier phased deployment beginning in Q2’10)  Enhanced ordering tool means higher partner productivity, improved accuracy and more time to devote to end customer needs (US/C 1-tier phased deployment beginning in Q2’10)
