Bulling is harmful to anyone who is being bullied by someone.

 Doing or saying something to someone to have control over that person.

 Unexplained cuts, bruises, and scratches.  Appears sad, moody, depressed, etc.

 Cyber bullying: Targeting someone using interactive technologies.

 Physical bullying: someone is physically assaulted by another.

 Social bullying: someone is deliberately excluded from games and other group activities and treated like an outsider

 Verbal bullying: using words as weapons to harm or intimidate others; threatened, called names are types of verbal bullying

 Be proud of who you are!! You are who you are and that’s all that matters. If you like who you are then done let others put you down!

 Don’t blame yourself for the things people say, if they don’t like you done worry about it, you are perfect in your own way!

 Seek help when needed! It helps to talk to someone you truly trust weather it’s a friend, teacher, or family member.

 Put people down to make them feel powerful  Attack their target with words or physically hurt them  Pick on ones that don’t “fit in”
