INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF RFP gsdfgsdfg The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor that can supplement the State’s in-house public relations and advertising capabilities and satisfy the State’s need for a public relations “agency of record.” It is the intent of FSSA to contract with a vendor that can provide quality advertising and public relations services for internal and external audiences. Account management responsibilities will include: Provide PR account management for various advertising/PR campaigns and projects Assist in organizing stakeholder groups and facilitating ongoing information dissemination among these groups Project organization, planning and recordkeeping Advise on media buying to be conducted through the State’s approved Quantity Purchase Agreement (QPA) vendor Attend project meetings and update meetings with FSSA’s Director of Communications on a frequency determined by FSSA Write supporting materials such as updates to stakeholder groups, letters, brochure copy, web copy, press releases, social media updates, etc. Direct the creative process, using state resources/staff if appropriate Evaluate and coordinate event sponsorships/participation Develop tracking/metrics for each project and provide dashboards and detailed reports as required Production responsibilities may include the following, as appropriate for each campaign: Campaign development and design (where applicable) Websites Social media strategies and content TV spots Radio spots Outdoor Digital ads Bus advertising Postcards Brochures Internal/employee communication

A FTE of 1 would mean that there is one (1) worker fully engaged on a project; forty (40) hours a week, fifty- two (52) weeks a year. If there are two (2) employees each spending 1/2 of their working time, 20 hours per week, on a project that would also equal 1. $$$$$ $
