Old Business Admin/Teacher’s Gifts Funds – M. MoldovskyAdmin/Teacher’s Gifts Funds – M. Moldovsky – Approximately 60% of the families participated (110 out of 167 families) We collected $6921 so far for the teacher appreciation fund. A total of $5705 was distributed to all staff members for Chanukah gifts.We collected $6921 so far for the teacher appreciation fund. A total of $5705 was distributed to all staff members for Chanukah gifts. –We will send out another the 2nd week in March to give those who didnt give in Dec another opportunity to make a contribution. –Our goal is to raise another $3079 to meet the budget of $10,000 –We will continue to collect during the year –Tax deductible receipt/letter will be send to all of the families that participated. Neuhaus –Some Parents are not being responsive to the requests placed to them –We need to count on them to support the school and the teachers. –They need to check their messages (via , phone) consistently –If they current parents are not the right ones, we need to get parents that will commit to a quick response to requests! – Response to request is a must on a timely matter! E.g Art request for the ladies nightE.g Art request for the ladies night –We need a 5 th Grade Classroom Parent Nursery Improvement ProjectNursery Improvement Project –The nursery has spent $ of the total $2900 allocated to the program for teacher directed activities –They may need help in deciding what they need. –Sheri Goldstein will contact the teachers and help them identify what other items are needed for the nursery area.
