Energy and Atmosphere 1. Designate a Commissioning Authority as soon as possible, preferably before the start of construction documents 2. The CxA will document the Owner’s Project Requirements for the project 3. The Design Team will establish a Basis of Design for Cx services 4. The project team will work with the CxA to incorporate all Cx services into the construction documents 5. The CxA will conduct a commissioning design review prior to mid-construction documents 6. The CxA will develop and implement a commissioning plan 7. The CxA will review all contractor submittals applicable to systems being commissioned 8. The CxA will verify the installation and performance of commissioned systems 9. The CxA will develop a systems manual for all commissioned systems 10. The CxA will verify that the training requirements for all commissioned systems are completed at the end of construction 11. The CxA will complete a summary commissioning report 12.
