Integration with QuickBooks® There are over 3 million businesses using QuickBooks® for their accounting needs. The ClickTime QuickBooks® Connector allows companies to integrate timesheet and expense data seamlessly with QuickBooks® Pro, QuickBooks® Pro, Premier, and Enterprise (2006-2010). The integration tool communicates directly with QuickBooks®, making it more efficient than traditional IIF export/import methods.

The ClickTime Connector for use with QuickBooks® The ClickTime Connector for use with QuickBooks® is an application that lives on your PC that easily synchronizes time and expenses tracked in ClickTime with your company's QuickBooks® file. Sign into the Connector with the same credentials that you use to access ClickTime through a web browser. Once you have signed in you can link your ClickTime and QuickBooks® entities or synchronize time or expenses.

If the person, customer, job or service item does not exist in your company file, the connector will create it on the fly.

The ClickTime Connector utilizes filters and a patented labeling feature to return only those time entries you want to synchronize wile ensuring you do not duplicate entries in your company file.

All time entries to be exported are previewed before exporting.

Time may be reviewed on an employee's weekly timesheet.

Time tracked in ClickTime is easily applied to invoices.
