 Goals  Opportunities  Personal Improvements (S.W.O.T)  Transition  Significant Projects

1. GOD, Family, Life 2. To help people succeed 3. Reach optimal potential 4. Be significant!

 I believe to achieve all my future goals I need to maintain my passion in the areas of church, family, and life. To make a difference, I must be balanced and motivated to help as many people as possible. I believe with passion, technology can be a tremendous asset in assisting people into the future.

 Technology will be a tool to help people become more efficient at work. Through innovations all stakeholders will be positively impacted.  Technology will help connect all stakeholders to one hub and support platform.

 My first goal is to become head of technology at Booth middle school in Peachtree City, Ga. Having access to the community at all levels (student, teacher, parent) will be an enormous opportunity to help people.  My second goal is to launch a website that will help people reach their potential in GOD, family, and life. I plan to use my knowledge in technology to create a platform for entire world to share and help one another become the best they can be. This is my passion in life!

I believe humans are all put on earth to help each other. I also believe technology will open many doors in the future for opportunities to help people to succeed. So with technology I plan to launch “The Wellness Project”, an all-access community website, that will aid individuals by sharing and receiving instrumental information to achieve happiness. Technology will be the foundation.

My Five Year Plan! 2010 – IT Degree at UWG 2011 – Launch community website (The Wellness Project) 2012 – Community projects Started (Start Foundation) 2013 – Develop the online fit program (Obesity challenge) 2014 – Implement projects/programs at the local, state, and national levels.

Technology ImprovementCommunication Improvement  I must continue to increase my knowledge in all areas related to web design, web applications, and innovative technologies. Future projects in the IT program will be related to information in creating and maintaining a successful website.  I must also develop more professional skills in the areas of presentations and communications. I believe the better I can communicate with the community, the more profound impact I can make on society. I hoped to develop projects that will be conducive to this skill.

Road Blocks?  Family: I have two young kids and a wife that works. I must find a way to balance my home life with my future goals. My family will need to be apart of the plans. Family can be an asset or an obstacle in reaching my goals. It is all about planning.

Football teaches life lessons! Technology is the future for me!  Coaching: As head football coach, the schedule is extremely busy during the fall. In the future, I will need to find a way open the schedule to achieve my future goals in technology. Will I have to sacrifice a passion of mine to have the opportunity to be more significant in the community?

This is my to do list that can be accomplished with my technology degree at UWG.  Technology Head at Booth middle school in Fayette County, Ga.  Design “Wellness Project” website  Develop online resource (wiki) to combat obesity in the community.  Develop nonprofit charity for families in need.  Publish book on achieving happiness.
