A teacher-led, student-acted activity Role-playing or reenacting. Provides lifelike problem-solving experiences History comes alive! YOU WILL BE SIMULATING EVENTS RELATED TO THE CIVIL WAR!

1. Assign loyalty and select role 2. Track your attributes (qualities) 3. Scenarios (situations) 4. Keeping a journal (diaries) 5. Injury, disease & infection If your HEALTH hits zero, you DIE! If your MORALE hits zero, you DESERT (run away)!

1. Assemble the following: 1 piece of blue/gray construction paper Hole-punched copies 5 sheets of loose leaf paper 3 brass fasteners 2. Label the front with your character’s name! 3. Put YOUR NAME on the bottom right-hand corner of your journal!
