HOW WE GAIN STUDENT INTEREST IN ENGINEERING We utilize several strategies to recruit and maintain students in engineering. Over the School year, we participated in many activities that raised the community awareness of: “Who We Are” and “What We Do” Here is a snapshot!

SCHOOL VISITS Middle and Elementary students see older students in a career path they may choose to follow. The students describe their personal reflections dealing with engineering and the many competitions and accomplishments they’ve had within this field.
