Future activities 2007 will be the quality year = improve existing services –Implementation of Electronic Resource Management System -ERMS –Finish JURO Implementation (for statistics handling) –Implementation of monitoring tools to handle some services monitoring (HP Openview) –Implementation of a system to handle “clients” requests (HP service desk)
