LA CLASE DE ESPAÑOL DE LA SRA. ENCALADA

The goal of the FLES program (Grade 4 & 5) is to better prepare our students for the increasingly global community by awakening their curiosity about other languages and cultures. Learning another language will not only enrich their learning, but also foster global citizenship.

And… for grade 6 ? / The main goal is to have students communicate meaningfully in real-life situations.  Development of fluency, listening skills, effective oral and written communication skills in addition to the study of culture, vocabulary, and grammar. / The main goal is to have students communicate meaningfully in real-life situations.  Development of fluency, listening skills, effective oral and written communication skills in addition to the study of culture, vocabulary, and grammar.

Requirements: 1. Respect is the basic one. 2. Be kind, be honest, be calm and be fair! 3. A positive attitude is fundamental. 4. Be ready to sing, dance and play…all in Spanish! 5. Be organized, check my web page and complete your assignments. ( 6. Do not forget your textbook, notebook, binder and a pencil ! 7. Lets to speak Spanish, I promise you, It will be fun! METHODOLOGY / Our program also integrates the study of language with culture in order to make students aware of differences and similarities among cultures, including daily life, history, literature, visual and performing arts, mathematics and science.
