Home scale solar units Rain barrels/cisterns Germany has the same solar potential as Alaska and is now exporting…public utilities have to be forced Currently solar installations are cost prohibitive to even those who want to do it

Cont. We have tremendous potential for solar thermal stations. Apartments and rental properties have special opportunities for cost savings. Ohio Amish are 80% solar paneled. The low lying fruit is energy efficiency for appliances, etc. Its really economics that will incent people to do the right things

Cont. 50% of our water is used for irrigation. Set a consumption limit and if consumers go over the limit. We need to make a stronger case for science based policy.
