Learning Objectives 1. International delegates gain an appreciation of some aspects Hungarian culture and history with an engineering dimension. 2. Delegates (academics, students, practicing engineers) from the Hungary and around the world get to know each other and form networks through a shared experience of the engineering and cultural heritage of Budapest. Meet your local guide near the ASEE desk on Wednesday at 2pm 4. If a tour is full, consider making your own self-guided tour. Reflection (Assessment) 1. Groups discuss their impressions at a local café or restaurant. 2. Delegates give the organizers feedback on the conference evaluation form. How it Works

Community service and outreach activities are an integral part of the Global Student Forum Engineering educators and students cannot sit and wait for the change they feel is necessary to make it happen. Activity: Painting a Budapest Polytechnic University student dormitory. This community service event will allow participants to provide a need identified by local stakeholders. Outcome: A lasting experience between students and professionals alongside our local partners. Option 6: Community Service Activity
