Goals 5 The student has completed one component on the back of the folder. It is not clearly or fully expressed. 10 The student has 2 of the items on the back of the folder filled out. Ideas are written in complete sentences. 15 The student has one thing they need to work on, one thing they are proud of and one goal for the year. Ideas are not completely expressed. 20 The student has one thing they need to work on, one thing they are proud of and one goal for the year. All are clearly and fully expressed Completion of Components 5 Few items are present and instructions were not followed 10 The folder is missing several items and the student did not follow instructions on placement 15 Most items are present and the majority is in the appropriate area. 20 Timeline with visuals, name on front and goals are all present and in the appropriate areas
