Annual Report 2014/15

Engaging with people who use health and social care services During we met up with over 4500 people at 374 activities across the county

What people talked about We collected 1093 detailed comments about local health and social care services. Services that were talked about the most were: Mental Health services (28%) GPs (20%) Dentists (18%) Hospitals (14%) Themes that were discussed most across all services included: Access to Services66% of comments were neutral Treatment and Care39% of comments were positive Staff47% of comments were positive
