Effective Teaching Characteristics Conducted online research to arrive at what I believe to be effective teaching behaviors that every teacher should have Looked at: Marzanos checklist, random internet searches, my own traditional teacher evaluation forms, other schools forms, and MVAL from Minnesota Listed characteristics I felt were most important, took care not to plagiarize others, and incorporated them into my own online form Used an Excel Template from the free Microsoft site as a base for my evaluation

Non-Tenured Evaluations Everyone likes these! We need to remember, however, that what we do during these years will shape a teacher for the rest of their career, so we must be specific on changes.
