Definition Nutrition is the process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth.

Ideal Weight Ideal Weight is a weight that is believed to be maximally healthful for a person, based chiefly on height but modified by factors such as gender, age, build, and degree of muscular development. Basically the ideal weight always get from Body Mass Index(BMI).

Definition of Body Mass Index(BMI) A weight-to-height ratio, calculated by dividing one's weight in kilograms by the square of one's height in meters and used as an indicator of obesity and underweight.

Body Mass Index(BMI) Body Mass Index(BMI) is a heuristic proxy for human body fat based on an individual's weight and height. BMI does not actually measure the percentage of body fat. It was invented between 1830 and 1850 by the Belgian polymath Adolphe Quetelet during the course of developing "social physics".

Body Mass Index(BMI) Table A BMI between 18.5 and 24.9 is considered a healthy weight. A BMI between 25 and 29.9 is considered overweight. A BMI of 30 and above is considered obese.

Definition of Food Pyramid A graphic representation of predatory relationships in the food chain, in which various forms of life are shown on different levels, with each level preying on the one below it, so that as the pyramid narrows toward the apex, the number of types decreases as the reliance on predation grows.

The Food Pyramid The food pyramid is an outline of what to eat each day based on the Dietary Guidelines. It's not a rigid prescription but a general guide that lets you choose a healthful diet that's right for you.

The Career related to Nutrition Nutritionists : The person who plan nutrition programs, supervise food service production or control the serving of meals in clinical settings. Nutrition Consultant : A nutrition consultant completes food, nutrition and advanced science courses in an effort to obtain certification for nutrition consulting.

Conclusion So the food pyramid, Nutritionists, and Nutrition Consultant will help us to eat in healthful.
