Applying for a 2016 NCR-SARE R&E Grant NCR-SARE’s Research and Education Grant Program is a competitive grant program that funds collaborative teams of scientists, farmers, institutions and educators who are exploring sustainable agriculture through research projects or education/demonstration projects. Preproposal Review Process Preproposals reviewed by Administrative Council members in groups based on expertise/topic. Score on relevance to sustainable agriculture in our region, methods/approach, and farmer engagement.
